Can I change my billing or shipping address?

Once an order is placed, address changes are not guaranteed. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at contact@Excavatorsinc.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal. You can also pay using your credit card via PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment is received, you will get a confirmation email. You can also log in to your account at www.Excavatorsinc.com to check your order status. If payment is confirmed, the order status will show as "Processing."

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Can I send my order as a gift to a different address?

Yes, we can ship your order to a different address. Please email the shipping details to contact@Excavatorsinc.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Note: Please allow 1–3 business days after receiving the shipping notification for tracking details to update in the courier's system.
